Lithuanian Electricity Association (the Association) is a voluntary electricity and thermal energy production, transmission, distribution, energy supply companies, and construction organizations, and other associated power structures separate entities operating in the energy production, supply and design of energy sector, representing and defending the interests of organization.
The Association is an independent, professional, independent, a gap between the state and government structures, non-profit and government-funded organization. Participates in the preparation of laws and the Ministry in the electricity sector development and governance issues, examine the issues relating to the activities of members of the Association, prepare and implement sector specific programs. Establish and develop economic-technical ties with international organizations, and individual foreign partners. Association members provide the information support of electricity production and supply issues, consult the business and management issues. For exhibitions, conferences, seminars, market situation and public opinion polls. Represent the interests of its members darbdavystės sphere.
